Payment Method Policy

At Netlink, we provide a secure and convenient online payment experience for all customers. All purchases made on our flash sale website must be completed through online payment only, as Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported. Payments are processed exclusively via our trusted payment gateway, Razorpay, which ensures safe, encrypted, and reliable transactions. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and other payment options supported by Razorpay. Netlink does not store or access any customer card, UPI, or banking information, and all transactions comply with industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-DSS security protocols, ensuring complete confidentiality of your payment data.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment completion. Once the payment is processed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS along with a payment receipt generated by Razorpay. If a payment fails or is not completed successfully, the order will not be processed or confirmed. In the event of a failed transaction, any amount debited from the customer’s account will be automatically reversed by the bank within 5–7 working days, subject to bank processing timelines. For pending transactions, customers are advised to wait for confirmation before retrying payment to avoid duplicate charges.

All prices displayed on the Netlink Flash Sale website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Any applicable GST or additional taxes will be clearly shown during the checkout process. Flash sale prices are valid only for the specified duration and are strictly non-negotiable.

Netlink reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of payment discrepancies, technical errors, or transactions identified as suspicious or fraudulent. During flash sales, order quantities may be limited to ensure fair availability for all customers.
