Sale Return Policy

At Netlink, all products sold through our Flash Sale website are offered at special, time-limited prices and are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. As a result, returns are not accepted once an order has been successfully delivered. Customers are strongly advised to review product details, specifications, and compatibility carefully before placing an order.

Returns will be accepted only if an incorrect product is sent by Netlink. In such cases, customers must inform our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Once the incorrect product is received back at our facility and verified by our team, the correct product will be dispatched to the customer at no additional cost. After verification, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our internal review and resolution policy.

Please note that returns will not be accepted if the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong product, selected an incorrect model, specification, or quantity, or if the product does not meet personal or project requirements. Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering are also not eligible for return. To avoid inconvenience, customers are advised to contact our support team for clarification regarding product specifications, availability, or return policy details before placing an order.
